With your booking, you accept  our House rules below

HOUSE RULES

Check-in: After 14:00
Check out: 10:00

Respect our flat as your own
No smoking (the designated smoking area is outside the front door)
No parties or events (respect the greek quiet hours from 11pm to 7am and from 3:30-5:30pm)
Close the windows when leaving the flat.
Always have your key with you when you leave. If you lock it, you will have to pay additional costs (25€)
Take your rubbish out regular (20m from the flat)
You are allowed to use all entertainment tools like our bluetooth music box, but let it stay into our apartment after you leaving.
Do not use white bath towels on the beach.
Pets allowed but should not use our couch or beds. We recommend you to bring their own beds or let us know, we bring you a dog bed. 

Health & safety

we are committed to enhanced cleaning process during the COVID-19 pandemic, all hosts and guests must review and following social distancing and other COVID-19-related guidelines.

You must also acknowledge

there is no elevator in the property you must climb stairs
