Located just 35 kilometers southeast of Athens located in the Municipality of Markopoulo, you will find the small coastal town of Porto Rafti. Rests on the Aegean Sea and is filled with attractions from beaches to vineyards that are sure to surprise it´s visitors.
There are beautiful beaches — some more isolated than others. If you want to grab a coffee and some sweets at one of the many coffee shops and bakeries, then go off to explore or find a quiet beach. You will find it quite easy to do
so. Or if you would rather go to a private beach and rent a lounge chair, there are plenty to choose from in Porto Rafti.
One beach in particular, Avlaki, a blue flag beach, has made this small town become known as a seaside resort.
The town itself is filled with summer homes of Athenians, so don’t expect to find tourists lining the beaches or walking around.

Person and a bathroom. It have minimal and functional decoration, have complete household equipment and furniture in all areas. Indicatively mention that it have a security door, aluminum with double glazing and stainless steel solar water heater, 2 air conditioner, open fireplace, kitchen furniture, wardrobes, TV and free wifi. The orientation of the apartment is southeast with enough brightness and natural coolness during the summer months. It is a pleasant and functional apartment for your holidays and break by the sea in lovely Porto Rafti.

The house is set next to the waterfront and is only 15 minutes away from El Venizelos airport. It is placed on a very privileged location at Porto Rafti. The view from the apartment is magnificent and you can enjoy it from every corner of the house. It is set on the second floor with open planned kitchen fully equipped a lovely living room, bedroom with double bed and one bathroom.
THE SPACE
What makes this apartment unique, is the fact that it is very centrally located, placed only 30 meters away from the sea, near a mini- and super market, the beaches and the public transportation station, surrounded by a beautiful view. The house can cooled down in summer with Air condition. One of the high light of this Apartment are the 75 square-meters of private terrace, where you can enjoy the view of the aegean sea every hour of the day.
